1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using YallaWin (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and YallaWin Digital Technology FZE ("Company," "we," "us"), a company registered in Sharjah Media City (Shams), United Arab Emirates.

2. Nature of the App (Skill & Activity Competition)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: YallaWin is a competitive gaming platform based on skill and activity.

• No Gambling: This App is NOT a gambling service, lottery, or game of chance. Winners are determined solely by their performance, which includes gameplay skill (High Scores) and activity level (Ticket Collection) submitted to the leaderboard.
• No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win any tournament. Users participate for free by playing games and engaging with sponsored content to earn entry tickets.

3. Eligibility & Geographic Restrictions

To participate in tournaments, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

A. Prize Eligibility (Arab World Only)

While the App is available globally for gameplay, Physical Prizes (e.g., Electronics, Merchandise, Cars) are strictly limited to legal residents of the following countries:

• United Arab Emirates (UAE)
• Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
• Jordan, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq

(We reserve the right to verify residency via valid Government ID before awarding any physical prize.)

B. International Users

Users residing outside the territories listed above may play the games for entertainment purposes or digital rewards (if applicable) but are NOT eligible to win physical prizes or grand rewards.

4. Winner Selection Rules

• The "Ticket Race": For competitions based on tickets, the winner is the user who submits the Highest Number of Tickets to the leaderboard before the competition timer expires.
• The "High Score" Mode: For competitions based on score, the winner is the user who achieves the Highest Gameplay Score.
• Tie-Breaker: In the event of a tie (same score or same number of tickets), the winner will be the user who reached that score/count first (based on our server timestamp).
• Finality: The Company's decision regarding the winner is final and binding.

5. Platform Disclaimers

• Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, or involved in any way with, the contests, tournaments, or sweepstakes within this App.
• Google LLC is not a sponsor of, or involved in any way with, the contests, tournaments, or sweepstakes within this App.
• The prizes are solely provided by YallaWin Digital Technology FZE and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the manufacturers of the prizes (e.g., Apple, Sony, etc.).

6. Rules of Conduct & Anti-Cheating

We have a zero-tolerance policy for cheating. You agree NOT to:

• Use bots, emulators, click-farms, or automated scripts to watch ads or collect tickets.
• Exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair points.
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard.

Penalty: If our anti-cheat system detects suspicious activity, your account will be permanently suspended, and you will forfeit all pending prizes.

7. Prizes and Rewards

• Claiming Prizes: Winners will be notified via the email or phone number associated with their account. Winners must provide valid proof of residency in an eligible country within 7 days.
• Shipping: We cover standard shipping costs to eligible countries only. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
• Substitution: The Company reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including all source code, graphics, audio, and gameplay mechanics, is the proprietary property of YallaWin Digital Technology FZE and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of Sharjah Media City (Shams). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
