OFFICIAL COMPETITION RULES

Effective Date: December 2025

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR

The sponsor of all competitions and tournaments hosted on the YallaWin platform is:

YallaWin Digital Technology FZE
Sharjah Media City (Shams), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
("Sponsor" or "Company").

*Apple Inc., Google LLC, and any other app store providers are NOT sponsors of, or involved in any way with, these competitions.*

2. ELIGIBILITY

YallaWin competitions are open only to individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) at the time of entry.
  • Account: Must have a valid, active user account on the YallaWin app.
  • Restricted Persons: Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate or win prizes.

2.1 Geographic Restrictions for Physical Prizes

While the App is available globally for entertainment, Physical Prizes (e.g., electronics, merchandise) are strictly limited to legal residents of the Arab World, defined as:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
  • Jordan, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq.

International Users: Users residing outside these territories may participate for leaderboard ranking and digital rewards (if applicable) but are INELIGIBLE to receive physical prizes.

3. HOW TO ENTER

  1. Download & Register: Download the YallaWin app and create a free account.
  2. Earn Points: Play free mini-games or engage with sponsored content (e.g., watch videos) to earn "Points."
  3. Exchange for Tickets: Use your accumulated Points to acquire "Golden Tickets" in the Exchange section.
  4. Enter Tournament: Navigate to the "Live Competitions" tab and submit your Golden Tickets to a specific active tournament.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without using the App, hand-print your name, address, phone number, email, and the specific tournament name on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to: YallaWin Digital Technology FZE, Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, UAE. Limit one (1) entry per envelope.

4. WINNER SELECTION (SKILL & ACTIVITY BASED)

Winners are determined based on objective criteria, not chance.

A. The "Ticket Race" Format

  • Objective: Collect and submit the highest number of Golden Tickets to the specific tournament leaderboard before the "End Time."
  • Winning Criterion: The user with the highest number of submitted tickets at the precise moment the tournament timer expires is declared the potential winner.
  • Tie-Breaker: In the event of a tie (multiple users submitting the exact same number of tickets), the winner will be the user who reached that ticket count first, based on the Sponsor's server timestamp.

B. The "High Score" Format

  • Objective: Achieve the highest gameplay score in a specific mini-game.
  • Winning Criterion: The user with the highest verified score on the leaderboard when the tournament ends is the potential winner.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: RESET POLICY

To ensure fair play for every new season and tournament:

  • Points Reset: All unspent "Points" may be reset to zero at the end of a specific Competition Season (as announced in the App).
  • Ticket Reset: All "Golden Tickets" collected and submitted for a specific tournament are consumed upon entry. Any unused tickets remaining in a user's stash at the end of a Season will expire and reset to zero.
  • Fresh Start: Every user starts the new Season or Tournament cycle on equal footing.

5. NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified via the email address or phone number associated with their account within seven (7) days of the tournament end date.

To claim a prize, a potential winner must:

  1. Reply to the notification within 72 hours.
  2. Provide a valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, National ID) to verify age and residency.
  3. Sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where legal).

*Failure to respond or provide valid ID will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to the next runner-up.*

6. PRIZES

  • Delivery: Physical prizes will be shipped to the verified address provided by the winner.
  • Timeline: Please allow up to 30 days for prize delivery after verification.
  • Substitution: Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the designated prize becomes unavailable.
  • Taxes: All applicable taxes, duties, and fees related to the acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. DISQUALIFICATION & ANTI-CHEAT

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be:

  • Using bots, emulators, automated scripts, or "click-farms."
  • Tampering with the entry process or operation of the App.
  • Violating these Official Rules or the Terms of Service.
  • Acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Any attempt to deliberately damage the App or undermine the legitimate operation of the competition is a violation of criminal and civil laws.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if any fraud, technical failures, or other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the competition. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Apple, Google, and their respective officers from any liability.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of Sharjah Media City (Shams).
